International Chinese Language Teachers Association (ICLTA) is a global accreditation association which is also a non-profits organization. International Chinese Language Teachers Association was registered in the United States. It is a professional organization to deal with the certificate of occupation qualifications.

 

The objective of International Chinese Language Teachers Association is to provide a communications platform for each member and the entire professional institute. In 1985, International Chinese Language Teachers Association held on the first annual meeting in Switzerland. Up to now, International Chinese Language Teachers Association had held on 21 times meeting in the whole world. The meeting consists of lectures, forums, seminars, and so on . It refers to each kind of professional manager certificate.

 

Most International Chinese Language Teachers Association members are WTO members including the United States, Britain, France, Germany, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, and so on . In order to give a general standard of certificate, International Chinese Language Teachers Association developed a large of products and provide many kind of service. For example, our service includes research and development, education and training, and provides standard and system of certificate, and so on.

We want to unite Chinese teachers to have these purposes:

  1.To promote and cultivate the Chinese language and culture in the domestic and international academic mainstreams.

  2.To serve as the primary contact for national and/or international institutions on Chinese language and culture related issues. However, it shall not preclude direct communications between a member organization and any institution for the issues local in nature.

 3.To provide a forum for the member organizations to share and exchange their experience and information in teaching of Chinese language and culture and administrative affairs of the Chinese language schools.
